American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an EP Lab position requiring a Montana or compact RN license and 2+ years of specialty experience.

• Work in the EP Lab of a hospital environment
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Duties include left and right heart catheterizations and pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring
• Day shift schedule of 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No on-call responsibilities, but staff must remain until EP cases are completed
• No floating required unless otherwise agreed upon during interview or offer
• Uses Cerner charting system

• Active RN license (Montana or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• At least 1 year of specialty experience in EP Lab or Cath Lab required
• Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required
• Skilled in procedural sedation administration and monitoring
• Cerner charting experience required
• References required for consideration

• Provide direct patient care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Monitor patients during procedural sedation and manage related medications
• Must reside within 75 miles of the facility for consideration
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Former permanent employees must have a 2-year break in employment before applying
• First-time travelers are not considered for this position
