Overview
Searching for a management team for an upscale mobile home park in Cody, WY.
Responsibilities- Office person must have office experience, work well with the public and be able to collect rents.
- Maintenance person must be able to work outdoors, be able to do minor maintenance on our equipment, and be able to enforce park rules.
- Both applicants must have a valid Driver's License and pass background checks.
Wage is DOE to include housing, water, sewer, gas, electric and garbage.
