What You’ll Do- • Fertilizer applications
- • Weed control treatments
- • Aeration services
- • Insect control applications
- • Lawn analysis and customer recommendations
You’ll operate a company vehicle, service residential and commercial properties, and help customers achieve healthy, weed‑free lawns.
Key Responsibilities- • Apply lawn care treatments safely and accurately
- • Operate application equipment and ride‑on aerators
- • Provide excellent customer communication and service
- • Maintain clean equipment and organized vehicles
- • Follow safety and driving protocols
- • Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards
- • Individuals with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- • Self‑motivated, dependable team players
- • Physically capable of working outdoors in Montana weather
- • Detail‑oriented and customer‑focused
- • Lawn care or outdoor work experience is helpful — but not required (we train the right person!)
