ACUREN is hiring NDT Assistants for its Billings, MT location. Assist in performing calibrations, nondestructive tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions while recording results.
Location requirement:
Candidates must be based in Billings, Montana. While applications from all qualified individuals are welcomed, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role.
Assist in performing calibrations, nondestructive tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations based on written instructions, and accurately record results.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Technical background desired
- Must have experience, credentials, and history to be certified as Trustworthy & Reliable to comply with federal and state regulations, as determined by a thorough background check
- Motor vehicle driving record must meet company standards to drive company vehicles
- 40‑hour Radiation Safety Training preferred
- Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain
- IRRSP card preferred
