Multi-Cert NDT Level II Technician – Billings, MT

Acuren is looking for Multi‑certified NDT Level II Technicians to support operations in Billings, Montana. Candidates should hold certifications in RT II, MT II, PT II, and UT II.

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to ensure quality and detect discontinuities using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for proper examination of items, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Apply testing criteria according to applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters, and visual indicators.
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections.
• May instruct and supervise others.
• Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Certified Level II in NDT.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret inspection results.
• Knowledge of NDT equipment.
• Experience in report writing.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong communication and training skills; ability to provide on‑the‑job training to Level I technicians.
