Responsibilities- Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
- Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
- Evaluate a minimum of 5 potential listings every week
- Stay informed about market shifts, economic trends, and the details of state and local regulations
- Engage with clients in a charming manner, making lasting connections
- Serve as the go-to information source for buyers from our referral network
- Develop an innovative marketing plan and guide sellers through it
- Highlight a home's best features and determine the asking price in a seller-friendly manner
- Pursue new business opportunities with a professional touch
- Engage with potential sellers, showcasing our A+ customer service
- Manage paperwork, create MLS listings, share on social media, and deploy marketing strategies for swift sales
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with working alongside sellers
- Advanced skills with CRM software
- Exceptional communication skills with ninja-like time management
- Team player mindset, valuing success as a collective effort
- Proficient in setting and closing appointments via phone
- Quick adaptability with real estate tech
