RV Product Specialist

What you will do:

• Guide customers through RV features, floor plans and options to help them make confident buying decisions.
• Conduct walk-throughs and product demonstrations on new and pre-owned RV's.
• Stay up to date on RV models, specifications, and industry trends.
• Work closely with sales, service and delivery teams to ensure great customer experience.
• Answer customer questions before, during and after the sale
• Help create a welcoming, knowledgeable, and no-pressure buying environment.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Genuine interest in RV's, camping, or outdoor lifestyles (hands-on RV experience is a big plus.)
• Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly
• Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• Sales or retail experience preferred but not required.
