As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. You are the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store.

• Schedule and execute merchandising activities according to the store’s needs.
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, pack out, and straighten products on the shelf.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Use company‑issued mobile devices to complete work via multiple applications.
• Answer step‑by‑step questions in Acosta’s field technology and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Collaborate with store management, associates, and Acosta team members through email, phone, and text.

• Schedule may include Sunday‑through‑Saturday; days depend on location.
• Full‑time: flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Part‑time: flexible schedule, 2–4 days (Friday required).
• Start time 6 am‑9 am; work between 6 am and 6 pm (no evenings).

• Own your store(s) and build strong relationships with Walmart associates and managers.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
• Follow detailed instructions, complete work within the provided timeframe, and report work the same day.
• Leverage support from Walmart teams nationwide and share best practices.

• Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
