Reports to:
Store Manager.
40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday. Overtime as needed.
Compensation$20 per hour. Closing date:
June 6, 2026 (expired).

This position ensures daily store and production operations are carried out appropriately, meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, supporting customer service, and directing staff.
Responsibility includes employee training, coaching, evaluations, and ensuring donations and merchandise are handled properly.
The role focuses on maintaining a safety‑centric environment with adequate staff support.
- Operate and supervise staff on the sales floor, in production, and in receiving areas to meet daily goals.
- Assist with quality assurance, customer service issue resolution, and cross‑department support as needed.
- Help train staff, monitor performance, and assist with employee evaluations and corrective feedback.
- Ensure work areas are safe, organized, and consistent with Salvation Army standards.
- High school diploma or equivalency required; business coursework or degree preferred.
- Two or more years of retail, warehouse, or production experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
- Problem‑solving, decision‑making, and ability to work across production and sales functions.
- Strong work ethic; flexible, service‑oriented, reliable, punctual, safety‑focused.
- Professional, courteous demeanor with donors; supportive of Salvation Army's mission; model high standards.
- May need to fill in for Driver in their absence.
- Minimum 21 years of age and possession of a valid in‑state driver’s license.
- Continued employment contingent upon a biennial background check per Salvation Army policy.
- Physical:
Ability to access and retrieve information from POS, operate telephone, understand written information; maneuver, maintain stationary position, grasp, push, pull, reach overhead; lift 50-75 pounds; move large items; bend, reach, grasp, push, pull, perform repetitive motions; stand for extended periods in a warehouse/production environment. - Qualified individuals must be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodation; accommodation requests can be made to supervisor and HR.
