Overview
Retail Merchandising Representative – Part‑Time position with Channel Partner Solutions, a national retail solution company. Work in retail stores on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or one‑time basis within a 15‑mile radius of your home. Expect 5‑10 hours per week with variable scheduling based on seasonal demand.
CompensationHourly rate of $16.00, paid after completion of in‑store and online training.

- Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking, organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms.
- Accurately report all completed in‑store projects through a mobile app, answer project‑related questions, and upload required photos.
- Make routine decisions, elevate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service‑related issues.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals.
- Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees, peers, CPS corporate employees, partners, and managers.
- Continuously, more than 60% of the time: lift up to 10 pounds, stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time, visually see small items, numbers and codes, repetitive use of fingers, wrists and hands.
- Frequently, 30% - 60% of the time: lift up to 25 pounds, stoop and bend, kneel and crouch, reach above and below shoulder level.
- Occasionally, less than 30% of the time: lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, climb stairs, use escalators or elevators in the assigned store if needed.
- Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations, including understanding of retail terminology and company software.
- Reliable transportation to stores within a 15‑mile radius and ability to transport supplies as needed.
- Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities.
- Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality.
- Active email address and phone with voicemail.
- Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and via email.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete projects by deadlines.
- Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, box cutter, and hammer.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
