Overview

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full‑time Retail Field Sales Manager based in Billings, MT. The role drives brand awareness through merchandising, product training and shopper experience improvements across multiple retail channels.

Hourly rate: $27.00.
Full‑time, Tuesday–Saturday retail store hours.

• Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned market, including occasional overnight stays.
• Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. up to two times per year for training or special events.
• A valid REAL  (or other TSA‑approved identification) for domestic air travel.
• Daily travel required; candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5‑mile radius of the outermost store.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity and ensure timely store visits across multiple channel locations.
• Follow established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professionalism during interactions with retail partners.
• Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel and enhance coverage of assigned territories.
• Serve as an expert on all Samsung mobile products and the ecosystem, demonstrating key features and benefits to customers.
• Oversee the merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, letter mark guidelines, and visual presentation requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem.
• Take responsibility for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving unit sell‑out.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives and support mutual goals.
• Drive execution of field initiatives through daily store visits, ensuring alignment with multiple channel locations and strategic priorities.

• 4+ years’ experience in multi‑unit territory management, product training and demonstration, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training and influencing retail employees.
• Ability to adjust and pivot in a dynamic environment, demonstrating mental and business agility.
• Experience handling time‑sensitive and confidential information.
