Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:

This position is essential to ensuring daily store and production operations are carried out appropriately. Meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, supporting customer service, and helping direct staff are key parts of this position. This role assists with employee training, coaching, and evaluations while helping to ensure donations and merchandise are handled properly. Maintaining an environment with a safety focus and proper staff support are key to doing this job well.

• Operations and staff oversight:
  Oversee staff on the sales floor, in production, and in receiving areas to help ensure daily goals are met.
• Assist with quality assurance, customer service issue resolution, and cross-department support as needed.
• Training and accountability:
  Help train staff, monitor performance, and assist with employee evaluations and corrective feedback.
• Ensure work areas are safe, organized, and consistent with Salvation Army standards.

• High school diploma or equivalency required; business coursework or degree preferred.
• Two or more years of retail, warehouse, or production experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to work across production and sales functions.

• Strong work ethic.

• Driving:
  This position may need to fill in for Driver in their absence. Must be minimally 21 years of age and possessing a valid in-state Driver's License.
• Background Check:
  Continued employment will be contingent upon a biennial (every two years) background check that is processed in accordance with The Salvation Army's policies.
• Physical:
  Ability to access and produce information from the POS, to operate telephone, to understand written information

  Ability to maneuver, to remain in a stationary position, to grasp, push, pull, and reach overhead
