Lot Porter

Pierce RV and Marine Supercenter, a family-owned business with a century-long legacy in Montana, is seeking a dependable Lot Porter to join its dedicated team. This position plays a vital role in supporting both the service and sales departments by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of RV units and maintaining the overall appearance of the lot and facilities. • Safely move RV units to off-site shows and events as needed
• Transport RV units around the lot and into the shop for service or customer pick-up
• Perform general lot and building maintenance to ensure a clean and organized environment
• Paint frames, hitches, steps, and jacks on RV units as required
• Wash the exterior of RV units on occasion
• Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months

• Experience operating trucks, trailers, and forklifts is preferred
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
