We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Residential & Commercial Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in the sales process by providing accurate and timely quotes for Residential and Commercial projects. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects at a time, and being self-motivated is a must.

• Prepare and Generate Quotes
  :
  Create accurate, competitive quotes for residential and commercial projects based on project specifications, material selections, and labor requirements.
• Client Communication
  :
  Liaise with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide clarification on quotes and project scope.
• Project Coordination
  :
  Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth transitions from quotes to production schedules.
• Material Sourcing
  :
  Source and evaluate materials, keeping clients informed about options, pricing, and availability.
• Documentation and Reporting
  :
  Maintain detailed records of all quotes, project details, and client communications.
• Pricing Analysis
  :
  Regularly review and analyze pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
• Customer Relationship Management
  :
  Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

• Experience
  : 2+ years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role, preferably in the stone, counter top, cabinet or construction industry.
• Knowledge
  :
  Strong understanding of construction documents and how to read and interpret plans and project specifications.
• Skills
  :
  Proficient in computer technology and can easily adapt to learning the quoting software used.
• Attention to Detail
  :
  Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure quotes are accurate and comprehensive.
• Communication
  :
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Time Management
  :
  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
