$18/hr base pay with up to $4/hr performance bonus for a total potential of $22/hr.

• Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products that meet their needs.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Starlink’s services, providing an interactive and informative shopping experience.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, store staff, and leadership.
• Explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet and how it compares to traditional options.

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Partner with retail sales associates, share knowledge, and support a productive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports using a mobile device.
• Adhere to a weekend‑heavy schedule – primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts – and maintain reliable attendance.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Strong customer‑engagement skills and the ability to demonstrate products to customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment and is available to work weekends.
• Owns a current iOS or Android smartphone and reliable transportation to arrive on time.
