• Represent the brand at local events, markets, and pop‑ups.
• Set up and break down event setups – tables, signage, tents, and cake packages.
• Track what happens during events, manage cake portions, and communicate effectively.
• Bring energy and a sales‑driven approach to every conversation, closing deals.
• Make people fall in love with our cakes.
• Attend community meetings such as Chamber of Commerce or networking events to promote our brand.
• Participate in local bakery marketing efforts, brainstorming promos and surprise cake drop‑offs to businesses.
• Support social media by providing content ideas and capturing photos at events and in‑bakery.

• Sales‑savvy with experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
• Motivated to win and persistent.
• Comfortably willing to work weekends.
• Comfortably traveling between our Billings and Bozeman bakeries when needed.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.
