As an RV Orientation Specialist, your primary purpose is to empower our customers: walking them step-by-step through their new unit, educating them on how everything works, and outfitting their rig with the exact gear they need to make every trip seamless, safe, and unforgettable.

What You’ll DoEducate & Inspire:Conduct thorough, hands‑on orientation walk‑throughs for new and used RV and boat owners, turning complex systems into clear, simple instructions.
Curate the Journey:Consult with owners to understand their unique camping style and outfit their units with the right parts, accessories, and upgrades for their specific lifestyle.
Guide & Problem‑Solve:Welcome retail customers, answer technical questions, and offer practical advice on maintenance, installation, and gear selection.
Deliver World‑Class Solutions:Turn potential disruptions—like backorders or damaged inventory—into exceptional experiences through proactive, creative problem‑solving.

Required
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Weekend availability
- Able to quickly learn about a variety of parts
- Personable, friendly and willing to listen
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers as well as coworkers and management
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
- One to three years of experience in customer service
- Previous sales experience
- Familiarity with stocking and organizing inventory
- Prior knowledge of the RV & boating industry
- Stand & walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while assisting customers at the counter or walking around the showroom.
- Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, such as RV parts and accessories.
- Bend and stoop to retrieve items from lower shelves or demonstrate features during walkthroughs.
- Climb short ladders or steps to access higher shelves or areas of the camper, such as roof ladders or overhead storage compartments.
- Speak clearly and project your voice to explain features and guide customers during camper walkthroughs.
- Adapt to temperature fluctuations and other outdoor conditions when showing units.
Schedule
- Monday to Sunday - 9am to 5pm
- Sundays off and one weekday off
Compensation & Earning Potential:
