• Develop and grow a client base by identifying local insurance needs.
• Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and help neighbors protect what matters most to them.
• Engage with prospective clients through community events, networking, and direct outreach.
• Review existing policies to ensure clients have appropriate coverage levels as their lives evolve.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets company standards.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives to increase agency visibility in Billings.

• Montana Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Montana Life & Health insurance license.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail for policy documentation.
• Comfort using digital tools and office software.
• Able to navigate many different computer systems.
• Comfortable with outgoing phone calls.
