SITECH Northwest, Inc. is looking for an ambitious, results-driven Technology Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Billings, Montana market. This is an exciting opportunity to represent Trimble’s industry-leading construction technology and machine control solutions while developing a territory with significant growth potential.

- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, engineers, and business owners.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and hands-on product demonstrations.
- Consult with customers to identify challenges and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal support and technical teams to ensure customer success.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and effectively manage territory activities.
Experience:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory independently.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new products and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Construction, civil engineering, heavy equipment, surveying, or related industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with Trimble, Topcon, Leica, or similar technology solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Company Vehicle provided.
- Travel throughout the territory is required, up to 75%.
