Role:
Senior Oncology Sales Specialist responsible for promoting Johnson & Johnson's oncology therapeutics across a designated geographic territory covering Idaho, Montana, Eastern Washington, and Eastern Oregon. Main objectives include achieving sales targets, expanding product adoption, and developing relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Bachelor's degree required;

• Clinical experience relevant to oncology, solid tumor, or rare diseases is preferred.
• Skills in relationship building, understanding complex reimbursement, and virtual engagement are essential.
• High-value specifics include oncology therapeutic area, biologics or small molecule modalities, and experience with competitive product launches.

The position reports to a District Manager and involves travel within the territory, including overnights and weekends. A strong understanding of healthcare systems, market dynamics, and emerging technologies like AI is advantageous.
