Overview
As a Security Response Officer (SRO) at Passages, you will monitor and document security operations and incidents involving residents. You will also assist and occasionally work as a Client Advisor, helping with unit monitoring and other security functions. Flexibility is key, as you will need to assume various duties as needed, including monitoring secured units.
Responsibilities- Respond to all requests for assistance and emergencies
- Monitor and regulate resident movement
- Maintain a security presence and order
- Patrol the facility campus and perimeter
- Perform Client Advisor duties such as headcounts, pat-downs, searches, and checking residents in and out of the facility
- Collaborate as a team to ensure the safety of staff and residents

- Assist with unit monitoring and other security functions
Starting wage: $17.00-$20.00/hour, DOE.
