Loenbro is looking for experienced Welders to join our Billings Fab Shop team. We are looking for hardworking professionals who enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in welding to complete jobs for customers on time and on budget. Looking for long‑term candidates who are looking for a secure and rewarding company to grow with.

This position will plan, lay‑out, weld, install, evaluate, and repair all types of steel structures in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, welding codes, and industry standards.

• Test prior to hire – 1" Plate 2G/4G FCAW/SMAW
• Supply your own tools.
• GMAW Section IX welding, (B31.1/3/4/8) roll and position
• Pulse Arc (75/25 and/or 85/15 gas mix)
• 100% RT with MT

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of welding principles experience.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Welding experience in the construction, mining or related industry or prefer a two‑year vocational‑technical degree.
• Must have working knowledge of various welding codes and specifications.
• Must be familiar with properties of metal machining, weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.
• Welding processes most used are SMAW and FCAW.

• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
• Must be able to work as a team and solve problems.
