Heavy Truck Frame & Body Shop Technician

Location: Billings, Montana
Position: Heavy Truck Frame Technician

We are an authorized dealer for Freightliner, Detroit Diesel, Mercedes, Cummins, CAT, Meritor, and Eaton—and we take pride in delivering “Pride in Service” to every customer.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform frame straightening, alignments, and structural repairs on heavy-duty trucks
  • Weld and repair steel and aluminum truck frames
  • Repair and replace fiberglass, plastic, and composite body components
  • Diagnose damage and complete high-quality body repairs
  • Work closely with service advisors, foremen, and parts teams
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and job paperwork
  • Meet and maintain required certifications
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3+ years of experience in a heavy truck or commercial vehicle body shop
  • Proven experience with frame correction, alignments, and collision repair
  • Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with a team
  • Own set of general tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree or certifications (a plus)
  • Physically able to lift and perform shop duties
