Responsible for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.;
Performs routine to moderately complex maintenance and inspections, diagnosing and repairing issues, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently.;
Work with a variety of systems and equipment, including boilers, chillers, air handlers, and control systems.;
Works with little supervision or with minimal support from outside contractors.;
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following established safety procedures and protocols.
