Assist equipment operators with unloading solar modules from trucks and placing them safely and efficiently in the laydown yard;
Move solar modules from the laydown yard to workstations, repeatedly lifting 25–30 lbs every few seconds as modules are installed on racks;
Carry old modules and cables to designated dumpsters and disposal areas in a safe and organized manner;
Use power drills and hand tools to install all modules on racking systems while maintaining a fast and steady work pace;
Collaborate with other team members, communicate clearly with operators and leads, and promptly report any issues or hazards
