Mechanic Position

Join Komatsu and be part of something big! The mechanic will work directly under the supervision of a Lead person and/or Supervisor in a shop or field environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, assessing equipment repair needs, performing equipment component rebuilds, processing parts, working in a diverse team environment, troubleshooting, maintaining, and performing repairs to assigned tooling, and driving process and/or design improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements include an Associates Degree or Trade School Certificate and minimum 1-3 years of job-specific mechanical rebuild experience. Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and handbook formulas. Proficient use of precision measuring instruments and experience with troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic and electrical components.
