Our technicians are the go-to providers for most commercial and retail businesses in the region. With 20% growth year-over-year for the past five years, we’re looking for skilled technicians to join and grow with our dynamic team. Our technicians provide high-quality service, installation, diagnosis, and repairs while serving as the primary communication link between our clients and the company. Our team ranges from 1 to 35 years of experience, with an average tenure of 7.5 years.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair the following systems and components:
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment
- Commercial Kitchen, exhausts and make up air units
- Small commercial refrigeration, including walk-ins and ice machines
- Self-contained refrigeration units
Service Area:
Primarily within a 150-mile radius of Billings
- Supermarket refrigeration and parallel racks
- DDC Controls
- Water source heat pumps
- Cooling towers and boilers
- Kitchen cooking equipment
- Journeyman-level experience
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Good DMV and criminal records
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a comprehensive drug test
- Neat and professional appearance
- Strong work ethic
