Tower Technician

Tower Technician role at TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. involves installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing wind turbines by climbing towers to diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components, often working at heights in various weather conditions. • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair wind turbines by climbing towers to diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, replacing worn parts, troubleshooting malfunctions, and collecting turbine data.
• Ensure all work complies with strict safety protocols.

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least (2) year experience as a Tower Technician, or any equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift over 40 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Trade school diploma preferred
• Must have a current driver’s license and clean MVR
