Immediately seeking:
Lead Maintenance Technician
Busy property management company is in need of an experienced professional with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. This person should have several years of hands‑on maintenance experience, a strong knowledge of building systems and repair techniques. Requires the ability to diagnose problems and complete projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities The Right Candidates will:- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and dependability.
- Take pride in doing quality work and paying attention to detail.
- Show up on time and be ready to contribute every day.
- Be self‑motivated and able to solve problems effectively.
- Perform general residential and commercial maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain tools and a safe work environment.
This position requires a valid, unexpired Drivers License, pre‑employment drug test and background check.
