Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks an Intake Coordinator for the SSVF program to manage intake and data, helping low-income Veteran families regain housing stability after a crisis.
You will conduct outreach, assess eligibility, and enroll eligible Veterans in our case management system while coordinating wrap-around services with community resources to secure immediate housing and long-term stability.
