Housing Authority of Billings is seeking a Full-Time HCV Housing Specialist in Billings, MT. This onsite role supports clients seeking housing assistance, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
You will intake applicants, assess eligibility, manage case files, and guide clients through housing options while coordinating with landlords and partners to resolve issues. Strong organizational, communication, and empathy skills are essential.
