Salary Range: $38.00 - $43.00 Hourly

Summary:

Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience. You must be able to pass a background check and drug test. All candidates will perform a skills verification test on-site before hire.

56‑hour work week guaranteed, per diem.

Pay is negotiable, depending on experience.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a current state‑issued Class A CDL Driver's License, with Doubles & Triples endorsement.
  • Blade hauling preferred but not required.
  • Mechanical and analytical skills preferred.
Skills Required
  • Ability to interpret, read manuals, and write reports in English.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to provide proper hand signals to crane and truck operators.
  • Ability to verbally communicate Safety issues to Customers and other workers on location before and during job task.
  • Ability to work at heights and use all PPE required for fall protection correctly.
  • Ability to employ physiological movements and actions associated with heavy work.
  • Bending, stooping, lifting, seeing hearing, walking, ability to lift 75 lbs., twisting, crawling, climbing, squatting, kneeling, sitting and standing.
  • Eyesight sufficient for operating a motor vehicle, inspection of equipment, and completion paperwork.
  • Hearing sufficient for telephone contact and interpersonal communication with Customers and coworkers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
  • Load and unload cargo.
  • Record the amount and type of cargo being delivered.
  • Take orders for new deliveries and drive long distances.
  • Fill up on fuel, clean truck, and wash windows.
  • Report to a dispatcher any incidents encountered on the road.
  • Monitor road conditions and watch for traffic congestion.
  • Follow all applicable traffic laws.
  • Inspect their trailer before and after the trip and record any defects they find.
  • Follow accident procedures if an accident occurs.
  • Keep a log of their activities.
  • Report serious mechanical problems to the appropriate personnel.
  • Keep their truck, and associated equipment, clean and in good working order.
