Airline Ramp/Customer Service Agent Part‑Time – $17 Per Hour – BIL – Billings, MT

Job Description:

The Airline Services Agent is responsible for supporting both ramp operations and passenger services at the airport.

• Driving equipment
• Guiding aircraft in and out
• Servicing aircraft
• Loading and unloading luggage from aircraft and other vehicles
• Sorting luggage according to destination
• Ensuring that all luggage is properly tagged and labeled
• Operating baggage handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Making reservations, preparation and issuance of tickets & itineraries, checking baggage, and collecting excess baggage charges
• Providing passengers with general travel information; meeting aircraft at gate and performing duties at boarding gates during en‑planing and de‑planing
• Checking passenger tickets and completing all necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers holding reservations, standbys, and their luggage
• Performing lost & found activities

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to read, write, and fluently speak and understand the English language
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
