The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a seasonal Warehouse Clerk to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for completing tasks across shipping, receiving, and inventorying. • Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments of products, and report any damage, missing items, or inconsistencies
• Price items with appropriate mark‑ups and labeling for inventory control
• Maintain the recycling program including collection and organization of cardboard
• Aid in the maintenance of merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system
• Assist in physical inventories and inform supervisor of any low or over abundance in stock
• Receive merchandise, using a data entry system
• Assist with inventory and shipments

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse
• Experience receiving using a data entry system, inventorying, and shipping
• Computer knowledge and good communication skills
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle counts accurately

• Ability to stand, sit, type, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach above head for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry 10‑50 pound boxes/other objects, pull or push heavy carts of stock and move 100 lb.
  
  -1200 lb. pallets with electric and manual pallet jacks continuously
• Ability to climb up and down 3‑12’ ladders with items and boxes
• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, noises, and a dusty warehouse environment
• Use a variety of warehouse tools, resources and equipment
• Wear steel or composite safety toe shoes daily
