We currently have an immediate opening for a Forklift and Building Materials Operator — a hands-on role that's perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and making a real impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Operate propane/gas forklifts to move building materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers and rail cars.
• Perform manual labor (55–65% of your day) in an outdoor environment.
• Accurately count, record, and document shipping/receiving activities.
• Develop in depth knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations.
• Uphold safety standards and speak up when something doesn't look right.
• Use basic math skills and computer systems to support daily operations.

Qualifications What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn — no forklift experience required! We'll train you.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move up to 100lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions five days a week and occasional Saturdays.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
• Commitment to wearing required safety gear and following safety protocols.
