Lumberyard Assistant

Lumberyard Assistant Full-Time

Shift: Day shift, all seasons Monday through Friday. Western Building Center in Evergreen is seeking a hardworking person who takes pride in a job well done. This full-time lumberyard assistant position will give you the opportunity to excel in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Applicants must be able to lift items weighing 80 pounds. Forklift experience is recommended but not required. Materials and equipment training will be provided.

Perform duties pertaining to lumberyard maintenance and customer service.

• Knowledge of company products
• Good customer service and communications skills
• High level of organizational skills
• Math skills required
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read customer orders and follow safety regulations

• Clean driving record
• A drug test will be administered prior to employment
