Simpson Strong‑Tie is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Lead for Billings, MT to run the 2nd shift (4:00pm–2:30am) and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement in the warehouse.
You will lead the team, coach staff, manage daily operations, coordinate with other shifts, enforce 6S and safety standards, and use Kronos timekeeping and Blue screen MRP to track performance and opportunities.
