Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Stock, relocate, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) and obtain necessary certifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, trash removal, and shelf care.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping.
• Complete and maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
