Forklift Operator

Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while following all safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers and move materials to designated locations.
• Transport, stage, and organize pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Perform put-away and replenishment tasks as needed.
• Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report any issues.
• Verify product quantities and check for damaged materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
