Job Description
You will perform clerical and technical work in the creation, review, and distribution of student management related forms and documentation utilizing applicable computer software, systems, applications, and related equipment.
You will receive, review, scan, submit, and verify receipt and processing of student management related forms and documentation into applicable computer software, systems, and applications for approval by the Personnel Support Department (PSD).
You will provide clerical assistance to instructors, personnel, higher level training technicians, and supervisors in order to facilitate the administration of course related processes and resources.
You will perform pay and travel processes and functions for students, such as- per diem, travel provisions, billeting arrangements, and travel advance requests, etc.
You will provide guidance and assistance to lower-level training technicians in appropriate student management functions and processes, related to administration, pay, travel, billeting, liaison, course materials and related resources, etc.
