Maintain requisition files and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.;
Process incoming and outgoing UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex shipments and stock receipts; coordinate deliveries with the Manager.;
Label all receipts for delivery and ensure signed delivery copies are returned to the warehouse.;
Assist in banquet setup and teardown of fixtures, furniture, and equipment as needed.;
Provide superior customer service and promptly notify leadership of any issues; ensure regulatory compliance within area of responsibility.
