The Product Manager is responsible for the performance, strategy, and continuous improvement of assigned products. This role analyzes product health, market trends, and member feedback to identify enhancement opportunities, maintain a competitive position, and optimize vendor partnerships. The position serves as the primary product advocate, leading stakeholder engagement, product releases, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that align with business objectives and enhance the member experience.###

Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS### Measure Product Health
* Establish metrics and reporting to understand product health with the key factors being operational performance, product profitability, and member satisfaction (micro and macro level).
* Conducts ongoing product discovery to identify enhancements and innovation opportunities### Optimize Competitive Position
* Analyze competitive data from multiple sources to determine what, if any, market gaps exist between Keesler Federal’s offering and best-in-class competitors.
* Participate in Client Advisory Boards and network with industry peers to stay current on emerging technologies### Manage Vendor Relationships
* Cultivate close working relationships with existing vendor partners.
* Work with each to build prioritized road maps and deliver timely enhancements to maintain a competitive advantage.
* Continuously analyze potential partners and perform Request for Proposals when needed to ensure that vendor relations are performing at optimum performance.### Act as Internal Product Ambassador
