Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD + Bonus + Relocation Package

Capstone is partnering with a globally recognised construction and property consultancy to recruit an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join their rapidly growing Mission Critical team in the United States.

, delivering complex projects for some of the world's most prestigious Big Tech clients
. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale data center campuses while working alongside industry‑leading professionals within one of the most respected consultancies in the sector.

The business has established itself as a trusted advisor across the mission critical market and continues to secure landmark projects across North America. With a strong pipeline of major developments and significant investment in the sector, they are seeking a high‑calibre Senior Cost Manager to support project delivery and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

• Lead cost management services on hyperscale data center developments exceeding $1 billion in value
• Work directly with globally recognised technology clients and key project stakeholders
• Support projects through all phases of delivery, from pre‑construction through to completion
• Collaborate with experienced Directors and senior leadership on some of the most complex mission critical schemes in the market
• Benefit from clear career progression opportunities within a growing and high‑performing team

• Degree qualified, ideally in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
• MRICS qualification desirable but not essential
• Strong pre‑ and post‑contract cost management experience within the United States
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale construction projects, ideally within data centers, mission critical, advanced technology, industrial or major infrastructure sectors
• Experience managing projects valued at $500 million+ with exposure to billion‑dollar developments highly advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen and cost management expertise
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high‑profile clients and project teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of operating within fast‑paced project environments
