Construction Laborer

Immediate Opening for a Construction Laborer in Biloxi, MS.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, including grass cutting, site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to learn and grow within the construction industry.

• Grass cutting, weed eating, hedge trimming
• Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas.
• Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and materials.
• Assist with building and assembling structures and frameworks as directed
• Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers) safely and effectively
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project completion and safety standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Perform other duties as assigned on the construction site

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of construction procedures and safety

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand, bend, and move for long periods
• Willingness to learn and take direction
