We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects from planning through completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with a respected contractor on diverse commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial HVAC construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Lead project meetings.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Understanding of scheduling and budgeting.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Excellent communication skills.
