What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to engage potential business customers and present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Use expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value
  • Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services, ensuring a seamless experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a sales environment with a focus on customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for building rapport with clients
  • Background in the telecommunications industry
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
