Dispatcher Opportunity

• Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs
• Maintain accurate customer records in our database
• Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues
• Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians
• Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role (required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
• Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus

Location:

Monroe, LA (On-site) Pay: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time

• In-office position in Biloxi, Mississippi
