Host, Customer Service​/HelpDesk, Customer Service Rep

Host Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Take reservations and manage the waitlist
• Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant's services
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
• Ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Process guest payments using the POS system
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and coworkers

• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest service principles
• Familiarity with POS system is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
