Provide outstanding customer service to guests throughout the casino floor;
Assist guests with slot machine questions, payouts, player inquiries, and general property information;
Monitor the slot floor for machine issues or service needs and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate teams;
Accurately handle cash transactions and follow established cash handling procedures;
Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service
