Customer Service Clerk

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Clerk! $9 hr plus commission

• Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Assisting customers at the front counter with inquiries, purchases, or transactions.
• Providing accurate information about our products, services, or policies.
• Handling and resolving customer concerns or directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at the front counter.
• Performing other tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
